This static starter site does not intentionally place advertising or marketing cookies in visitors' browsers. Some browser or hosting-level technical storage may exist independently of the site's own code.
If advertising and analytics are enabled later
Google AdSense, analytics, embedded video services, and newsletter tools may use cookies or related tracking. Their use must be reflected in an updated Privacy Policy and in a suitable consent system, including a Google-certified consent management platform where Google's requirements apply.
No cookie-consent banner is shown before cookie-based third-party services are configured, because a nonfunctional consent button would mislead visitors.
